Location: Gloucestershire

Class People are looking for a qualified HLTA to cover 2 days / week on a temporary contract with a Gloucester based school.

The role involves covering planning, preparation and assessment (PPA) time across the school. The HLTA will also take responsibility for “agreed learning activities”, working with individual pupils or groups.

Whole-school responsibilities may include:

Contributing to the development of school policies that relate to child protection, health and safety, security, confidentiality and data protection
Complying with school policies
Co-ordinating a school activity, such as extra-curricular activities, work experience or home-school liaison
Supporting inclusion throughout the school
Establishing constructive relationships with other agencies and professionals to support pupils’ achievement and progress
