Cover Supervisor – Bristol Employer: Class People Location: Bristol and surrounding areas Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing Contract: Flexible, part-time or full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role Class People are seeking confident, adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced classroom practitioners who are looking to gain hands-on experience in education while enjoying flexible working hours. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with pre-planned work. No formal teaching qualification is required—just confidence, strong communication skills, and a positive approach to behaviour management.
