Maths Secondary Teacher – Westbury (Full-Time, Jan–Easter)

Start Date: 05/01/2026
Contract: Full-time, fixed term until Easter (potential extension to July)
Pay: £168.80 per day to £271 per day (M1–M6 scale per day)

About the Role:
A highly regarded secondary school in Westbury is seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join them from January on a full-time basis. This role includes full teaching responsibilities across KS3 & KS4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons for Years 7–11

• Complete marking, assessment and reporting

• Support the Maths department with curriculum planning

• Promote progress and engagement for all abilities

• Maintain high expectations and strong classroom management

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• Strong subject knowledge across KS3 & KS4 Maths

• Ability to deliver consistently high-quality lessons

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
