Pay Rates

• £130–£160 per day for supply work
• Up to £271 per day for long-term placements (paid to scale)

We are transparent and prompt with payments — you will always be paid fairly for your work.

What We’re Looking For

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Classroom experience within a primary school setting (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A positive, nurturing teaching approach
