Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the Year 3 curriculum

• Assess pupil progress and provide tailored support where needed

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere

• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and leadership to maintain high standards

• Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour management

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Passion for helping pupils reach their full potential

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
