As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll help to create an engaging classroom environment, support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, and work with teachers to ensure every child feels included and confident.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, patient attitude and a genuine interest in working with children.

  • Experience in a school, nursery, or youth setting is helpful but not essential.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

  • A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
