Corporate Social Responsibility

When it comes to corporate social responsibility for recruitment agencies, Class People are no strangers to giving back to the community in any way, shape or form. Having run a host of charity fundraising events over the years, the team have raised a significant amount of money for a number of worthwhile causes; in 2018, our CEO  Lynis Bassett completed a gruelling 5 days and 465 km in India for women’s action for charity. We also held a successful bake sale on 21st September in aid of the Jeans for Genes charity, dressed up as Mr Men for World Book Day, took time out for summer fundraising events in aid of Action for Charity, and so much more. So, it goes without saying that Class People staff can often be found personally and professionally demonstrating their engagement in corporate social responsibility for recruitment agencies!

The team are always 100% on board with fundraising ideas and activities. They don’t wait to be told what to do. Over the summer holidays this year, the team have each been given £10 and two days away from the office by Class People and have a challenge to raise as much money as possible in aid of Action for Charity. This plays on the teams’ sales skills and entrepreneurial spirits; events planned include a jailbreak, a charity car wash, a Cotswolds creative market (held at The Stable, Clarence Street) and a charity cycle ride. The Class People team participate with dedication in many national charity events and education events.

We also write informative blogs for teachers and schools that enable them and their pupils to enjoy positive classroom experiences, such as top tips for student wellbeing, teen self-esteem, 5 useful apps for students, 5 ways of spotting childhood mental illness, and much more.

In summary, the team at Class People are especially proud of their efforts in corporate social responsibility for recruitment agencies, to give back to the community, and in making a name for ourselves as a socially conscious organisation.
