🔍 The Role: Education Recruitment Consultant

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the vital link between schools and amazing candidates – from supply teachers to nursery assistants. You’ll build long-lasting relationships, support local education providers, and help incredible people into rewarding work.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Build and grow your client base through calls, visits, and networking

• Book and attend meetings with schools and nurseries

• Identify long-term and permanent hiring opportunities

• Take ownership of your desk and contribute to business growth

Candidate Recruitment & Placement

• Source, screen, and register education professionals

• Ensure all compliance requirements are met in partnership with our Compliance Manager

• Match candidates to roles that suit their skills and aspirations

• Write compelling job adverts and represent Class People at events

Account Management

• Nurture relationships with schools and nurseries

• Provide outstanding service and support to clients and candidates alike

• Track performance and ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Team Leadership (For Senior Consultants)

• Support your team’s growth and performance

• Lead on incentives, training, and onboarding new consultants

• Contribute to strategic decision-making and business planning

Reporting & CRM

• Keep our systems up-to-date and accurate

• Track KPIs, client spend, and bookings

• Prepare insightful reports for internal meetings
