🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing new candidates through CV databases, job boards, referrals, and social media

• Making first contact calls to introduce Class People and discuss opportunities

• Booking registration appointments for candidates with consultants

• Conducting initial screening calls to understand experience and availability

• Keeping our database up to date with accurate and useful information

• Supporting the compliance process by chasing documents and info

• Advertising roles and engaging with candidates online

• Helping build strong relationships that make a real difference in schools

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A confident communicator – comfortable speaking to people over the phone

• Highly organised with great attention to detail

• Positive, energetic, and ready to learn

• Resilient and self-motivated, with a “can-do” attitude

• A team player who loves helping others succeed

• IT-literate and quick to pick up new systems

• Previous customer service, admin, or sales experience is helpful – but not essential!
