Class People – the South West’s leading education recruitment agency – is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team and support one of our high-performing Senior Consultants. π‘ What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside an experienced Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and engaging high-quality education professionals – from supply teachers to nursery staff – and helping them into the roles where they can thrive.
This is a fast-moving, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting candidate management, compliance, and business growth.
π§© Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

π Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and CV databases

π Speaking to candidates daily to understand their skills, availability, and aspirations

π Writing engaging job adverts and marketing candidate profiles

π Scheduling interviews and managing the candidate onboarding journey

β Working closely with our Compliance Team to ensure all safeguarding and registration checks are complete

π¬ Supporting your consultant with admin, planning, and client communication

π€ Attending events, recruitment fairs, or school visits to help grow our presence in the education community
