💡 What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside an experienced Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and engaging high-quality education professionals – from supply teachers to nursery staff – and helping them into the roles where they can thrive.

This is a fast-moving, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting candidate management, compliance, and business growth.

🧩 Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• 🚀 Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and CV databases

• 📞 Speaking to candidates daily to understand their skills, availability, and aspirations

• 📝 Writing engaging job adverts and marketing candidate profiles

• 📅 Scheduling interviews and managing the candidate onboarding journey

• ✅ Working closely with our Compliance Team to ensure all safeguarding and registration checks are complete

• 💬 Supporting your consultant with admin, planning, and client communication

• 🤝 Attending events, recruitment fairs, or school visits to help grow our presence in the education community
