Class People are working with a vibrant secondary school in the Cheltenham area seeking an enthusiastic Drama specialist to join their Performing Arts department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire students across KS3–KS5, delivering engaging and imaginative Drama lessons that build confidence, teamwork, and performance skills both on and off stage.

We’re Looking For

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
🎭 Specialism in Drama or Performing Arts
🎯 Proven ability to teach KS3–KS5 effectively
💼 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
🔒 Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
🌈 Creative, engaging, and professional approach to teaching
