The Role
As an Early Years Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow relationships with nurseries and Early Years settings, while sourcing, supporting and placing high-quality Early Years professionals.
Key responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Early Years settings and candidates

Managing client accounts and day-to-day staffing requirements

Managing end-to-end temporary and permanent recruitment processes

Sourcing, engaging and supporting Early Years professionals
-
Supporting candidates through onboarding, compliance and placements
-
Developing your desk through account management and business development
-
Working collaboratively within a supportive, experienced team
