The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting schools and education settings by sourcing, placing and supporting high-quality education professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and candidates
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Proactively sourcing and engaging education professionals
Supporting candidates through onboarding, compliance and placements
Developing your desk through business development and relationship management
Working collaboratively as part of a supportive, experienced team

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, organised and people-focused approach
Resilience and confidence in a fast-paced environment
Previous recruitment, education or sales experience is desirable but not essential
A genuine interest in working within the education sector
