The Role: Providing high standards of care and education in line with the EYFS Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities Supporting children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs Creating safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress Adhering to safeguarding and health & safety policies Requirements Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential) Good working knowledge of the EYFS framework A caring, reliable, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Work with Class People?
