Key Responsibilities Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities Working in line with the EYFS framework Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families Promoting safeguarding and children’s wellbeing at all times What We’re Looking For A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting A caring, positive, and proactive approach Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Work with Class People?
