Class People are recruiting skilled and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support a group of excellent early years settings across Gloucester. This role provides you with the reassurance of guaranteed weekly hours, alongside the variety of working in different nursery environments.

Role Overview:

• Providing high–quality early years support across our partner settings

• Implementing EYFS learning through engaging activities

• Encouraging children’s independence, wellbeing, and development

• Supporting daily routines and maintaining excellent care standards

• Adapting confidently to different nursery teams

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification

• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding

• Previous experience working in an early years setting

• Reliable, professional, and confident working across different nurseries

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
