Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

  • Support children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities

  • Follow EYFS guidelines while encouraging children’s curiosity and independence

  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families

  • Adapt confidently to different nursery settings with a professional and caring approach


Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification

  • Recent experience working in an early years or nursery setting

  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Reliable, compassionate, and committed to high-quality early years practice
