Class People are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Level 3 Practitioners to support charming nurseries throughout Tewkesbury. If you’re passionate about early years and love the idea of bringing your creativity and care to a range of settings, this role is an excellent fit.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children’s development through play-based learning

• Following EYFS guidelines to promote early development

• Creating a cheerful, nurturing, and safe atmosphere

• Contributing to smooth daily routines and effective teamwork

• Communicating warmly with children, staff, and families

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification

• Previous nursery or early years experience

• A positive, energetic, and approachable attitude

• Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
