This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside pupils, offering encouragement, structure and reassurance throughout the school day.

About the Role

Primary Learning Partners play a vital part in the classroom by:

• Supporting pupils during lessons, either 1:1 or in small groups

• Helping children stay engaged, understand tasks and build independence

• Providing additional support for pupils with SEND or emotional needs

• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation

• Working closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a calm, inclusive environment
