What We’re Looking For

• HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience.

• Confidence in leading lessons and supporting learning across year groups.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A patient, adaptable and positive approach.

• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
