Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

At Class People, we’re working with a number of welcoming schools across Gloucestershire looking for confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join their teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking the lead in learning, supporting teachers, and helping pupils to achieve their best. You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons or group activities, provide targeted support, and help create a calm, purposeful classroom environment.
