About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of class teachers

• Support small groups and individual pupils to help them achieve their potential

• Lead the classroom when required, maintaining a positive learning environment

• Assist with assessment, monitoring, and reporting pupil progress

• Contribute to the school’s inclusive and stimulating culture

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification

• Experience working with children in a school setting

• Strong understanding of the curriculum and teaching strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A flexible, proactive approach to supporting staff and pupils
