SEN Learning Support Assistant – Highbridge (Terms 5 & 6)

Class People are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive SEN team in Highbridge for Terms 5 and 6.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a real impact in a nurturing school environment.

The Role:

• Working closely with the SEN team to support pupils with additional needs
• Providing one-to-one and small group support
• Assisting with tailored learning plans and interventions
• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with SEN pupils (school-based preferred)
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
