Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Class People are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Gloucester to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated HLTA who enjoys taking an active role in the classroom. You’ll work closely with the class teacher to support learning, lead small group and whole-class activities, and help pupils achieve their full potential across the curriculum.

The ideal candidate will bring energy, initiative and calm classroom management skills. You’ll be confident leading lessons, adaptable in your approach, and committed to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for every child.
