Are you a passionate and dedicated History Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive secondary school? Class People are working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Exeter who are seeking a committed History specialist to join their team from 13th April until the end of the academic year.

This role is ideal for a teacher who enjoys inspiring students through engaging and thought-provoking lessons, helping them develop a deeper understanding of the past and its impact on the present. You will be responsible for delivering History lessons across KS3, encouraging critical thinking and a love of the subject.

We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
• Specialism or strong experience in History
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and structured lessons
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• A professional, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
