Job Title: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (or Level 2)
Location: North Somerset (Midsomer Norton, Bishop Sutton, Radstock, Frome, etc.) 
Salary: £16.63 – £17.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Term-Time Only or Year-Round)
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025

Class People are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioners (or Level 2) to work in nurseries and early years settings across the North Somerset region including Midsomer Norton, Bishop Sutton, Radstock, Frome and other areas. We have flexible full-time and part-time roles available, with excellent hourly pay rates and ongoing opportunities for development.

This is a great opportunity for passionate Early Years Practitioners to join friendly, supportive settings and help provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

Responsibilities of a Level 3 Early Years Practitioners:

• Deliver high-quality care and learning for children aged 0–5
• Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Monitor and record children’s progress and development
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive setting

Requirements for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioners:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (required)
• Experience working with children in early years settings
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Positive, caring, and team-focused attitude
