The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Personalised Learning Co-ordinator to lead the development of high-quality, individualised learning programmes for young people with additional needs.

You will play a key role in ensuring learners achieve meaningful outcomes, supporting independence, wellbeing and successful transitions into adult life. This is a leadership position with responsibility for both programme delivery and the development of other staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and quality assure personalised learning programmes aligned to EHCPs
• Support learners to achieve realistic goals across academic and independent living skills
• Lead, manage and develop a team of learning co-ordinators and tutors
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, families and external professionals
• Ensure high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and learner progression
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement

About You

• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent)
• Experience supporting learners with SEND
• Strong leadership or team management experience
• Confident in planning, assessing and tracking learner progress
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about improving outcomes for young people
