Learning Partner

At Class People, we work closely with schools across Gloucestershire to place Learning Partners who provide calm, consistent and meaningful support to pupils throughout the school day.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with children, building trust and helping them feel confident and ready to learn. Learning Partners play a key role in supporting both academic progress and emotional wellbeing.

About the Role

As a Learning Partner, you may:

  • Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups during lessons

  • Help children understand tasks, stay focused and build independence

  • Provide additional support for pupils with SEND or emotional needs

  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation

  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to create inclusive, supportive classrooms

Roles are available across primary, secondary and SEN settings.
