ClassPeople are working in partnership with a well-established early years setting in Cheltenham to recruit an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager.

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The overall day-to-day management of the nursery

• Ensuring the nursery meets all EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a dedicated staff team

• Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies

• Managing occupancy, staffing, and operational planning

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (Level 5+ desirable)

• Has previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager

• Has strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Is confident preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections

• Is passionate about delivering outstanding early years provision
