The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn through play, build confidence and develop key early skills.

Your role may include:

• Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing

• Delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Encouraging social skills, communication and independence

• Working closely with colleagues, parents and carers

• Maintaining a safe, caring and stimulating nursery environment

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification

• Have experience working within a nursery or early years setting

• Be enthusiastic, caring and reliable

• Have a genuine passion for early years education
