Location: Brockworth

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Salary: £14.75 – £15.50 per hour (£30,000-£33,000)

We’re working with a warm, vibrant nursery setting that is on the lookout for a confident Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to step into a senior / third in charge position with a SENCo focus. This is more than just a room role, it’s your chance to influence practice, support a team and shape children’s early experiences in a setting that genuinely cares.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

Supporting the leadership team in the day-to-day running of the nursery

Leading engaging, high-quality activities in line with EYFS

Acting as a SENCo lead within the setting (EHCPs, My Plans, TAC meetings)

Supporting, guiding and motivating team members

Ensuring a safe, consistent and nurturing environment for all children

Building strong relationships with parents and carers

Keeping records, observations and progress tracking on point

 

What we’re looking for:

 

Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

Experience in a senior / room lead / supervisory role

Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

SENCo experience (or confidence stepping into this space)

Someone proactive, positive and ready to lead from the front
