SEN teaching assistant.

Class People are working with several supportive and inclusive schools in Stroud to recruit compassionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential.

In these roles, you’ll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs — including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties and social or emotional challenges. You’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to provide one-to-one and small group support, helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

We’re looking for patient, understanding individuals who bring warmth, positivity and adaptability to the classroom. Whether you have direct school experience or transferable skills from care, youth work or similar settings, your contribution can make a lasting difference.
