SEN Learning Partner – Gloucestershire

Are you an experienced SEN Learning Partner looking for meaningful work in Gloucestershire schools?

Class People is working with welcoming primary and secondary schools across Gloucestershire who are looking for dedicated SEN Learning Partners to support pupils with additional needs throughout the school day.

The Role

As a SEN Learning Partner, you’ll work closely with pupils who need extra support to access learning, build confidence and feel secure in the classroom. This may include 1:1 support or small group work, depending on the setting.

You’ll be:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs

• Working alongside class teachers and SEN teams

• Encouraging engagement, independence and progress

• Helping to create a calm, positive learning environment

This role requires availability between 8:30am and 3:15pm, during term time.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have at least 1 year of experience working in an SEN or educational support role

• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

• Be available to work during school hours (8:30am–3:15pm)

• Be patient, reliable and committed to supporting children with additional needs
