Class People is working in partnership with a specialist school in Somerset to recruit committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work one-to-one with children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support to pupils with special educational needs
• Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Help implement individual learning and behaviour plans
• Support pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN
• A calm, caring, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact in a SEN setting
• A willingness to learn and take part in ongoing training
