The Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll support teachers and pupils across a range of schools. Your work may involve helping individual pupils, supporting small groups, or assisting the whole class to stay focused and engaged. Every day will be different, giving you the chance to gain valuable experience in a variety of settings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people.

  • A positive, adaptable, and supportive attitude.

  • Good communication skills.

  • A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).

  • TA qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
