SEN Learning Partner

 

Class People are looking for caring, adaptable SEN Learning Partners to support schools across Cheltenham.

This role is all about making a real difference. You’ll work closely with children who need extra support—whether that’s helping them stay focused, build confidence, or simply feel understood in the classroom. Some days you may be working 1:1, others in small groups, but every day you’ll play a key role in a child’s progress.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils with a range of needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
  • Helping them engage with learning in a way that works for them
  • Building trust, confidence, and positive routines
  • Working alongside teachers to create an inclusive classroom

What we’re looking for

  • Experience with children or young people (SEN experience is a bonus)
  • A calm, patient, and flexible approach
  • Someone who genuinely cares and wants to help young people succeed
