SEN Learning Partner – Forest of Dean

Are you a patient, positive and supportive individual with a passion for helping children with additional needs succeed?

Class People are working closely with schools across the Forest of Dean to recruit SEN Learning Partners who can provide consistent, meaningful support to pupils who need it most.

The Role

As an SEN Learning Partner, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

• Work with children with autism, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties

• Help pupils engage with learning in a way that works for them

• Support emotional regulation, communication and independence

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff

This role is about building trust, patience and progress — one step at a time.
