As part of our community, you’ll help create engaging, inclusive learning environments where every child feels seen, supported and capable of success. SEN opportunities often involve working closely with children who need a little extra help — those with autism, communication challenges or social, emotional and behavioural needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people and helping them thrive.

• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or childcare setting.

• A calm, flexible and empathetic approach to learning and behaviour.

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or a willingness to train).

• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply.
