SEN Teaching Assistant – Gloucester

We are currently seeking caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team, supporting pupils across schools in the Gloucester area.

Your Role:

  • Provide 1:1 or small-group support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

  • Assist in implementing personalised learning plans

  • Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and engagement

  • Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver effective support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting children in an education setting (essential)

  • SEN experience or a relevant TA qualification (desirable)

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply

  • A caring, adaptable, and resilient approach
