Are you a compassionate and flexible Teaching Assistant looking for a long-term supply opportunity in Abingdon? Class People are partnering with a secondary school in Oxfordshire seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide crucial classroom and SEND support due to staff absence, with the potential to continue into the next academic year.

This role is ideal for a TA who enjoys working 1:1 with students or small groups, helping them achieve their potential across multiple subjects. You’ll support pupils with additional learning needs, assist teachers in maintaining continuity of learning, and contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting pupils in a secondary school environment, particularly SEND or 1:1 support
• Ability to support students across multiple subjects and classes
• Strong organisational and classroom support skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
