As part of our community, you’ll play a key role in supporting teachers, guiding pupils and creating inclusive, engaging spaces where every child feels seen and capable. Our SEN roles often involve providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils with autism, speech and language needs, or social, emotional and behavioural challenges. HLTA opportunities may include leading lessons, planning activities, and supporting learning across classes.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

  • Experience supporting children, ideally in a school or education setting.

  • A calm, adaptable and proactive approach.

  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2, Level 3 or HLTA status).

  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply.
