Duties:

• Work 1:1 with SEN pupils and provide small group interventions
• Support teachers in delivering inclusive lessons
• Encourage pupils’ progress through tailored strategies
• Assist with emotional and behavioural regulation

Requirements:

• Previous school-based experience working with children (essential)
• Experience with SEN pupils is desirable
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service or willing to apply)
• Resilient, positive, and caring nature
