We’re on the lookout for compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and support pupils with special educational needs across a variety of school settings. 👩‍🏫 About You:

• You’re patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs
• You have experience working with children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or other learning barriers
• You’re flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to different classroom environments
• You have a reliable method of transport to reach schools in North Somerset

📝 What you need to join the Class People Team:

• Relevant qualifications (or currently working towards them)
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine desire to support young learners
• An enhanced DBS certificate (registered with the Update Service or willing to apply through Class People)

🧩 Responsibilities of the Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN
• Assist with lesson preparation and adapting resources to suit individual needs
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised support plans

💷 Pay Rates:

• £97.48 – £109.06 per day (based on experience and responsibilities)
