📌 SEN Teacher – Bristol

Pay: From £130 per day up to £271 per day 
Start: ASAP / January
Contract: Full-time | Part-time | Flexible Options | Long-term | Potential permanent opportunities

We are working with a range of mainstream and specialist schools across Bristol who require passionate and experienced SEN Teachers to support pupils with complex needs. You will be working with children with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, global delay, speech & language needs, physical disabilities, and SEMH challenges.

The Role

• Deliver creative, differentiated lessons that meet EHCP targets

• Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff

• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment

• Use a range of strategies including visual support, scaffolding and sensory regulation

• Support positive behaviour through trauma-informed approaches

• Maintain accurate records, assessments and progress tracking

What We’re Looking For

• QTS/QTLS (essential)

• Experience within SEN provisions, resource bases or specialist schools

• Strong classroom management and de-escalation skills

• Patience, resilience and a learner-centred mindset

• Ability to adapt teaching to multiple learning styles and needs
