As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll help to create an engaging classroom environment, support pupils one-to-one or in small groups, and work alongside teachers to ensure every child feels confident and included.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a school, nursery, or youth setting is helpful, but not essential.

• Clear communication skills, patience, and a flexible approach.

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
