We work closely with schools across Gloucestershire, matching skilled, reliable TAs with roles where they’re valued and supported.

The Role

As an experienced TA, you could be:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

• Assisting with lessons across the primary or secondary curriculum

• Supporting pupils with SEN, behaviour or emotional needs

• Helping to maintain a positive, focused classroom environment

• Working closely with teachers and wider support staff

Roles are available on a supply, short-term and long-term basis, offering flexibility to suit you.

• Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant

• Are confident, adaptable and proactive

• Communicate well with pupils and staff

• Enjoy being part of a school community
