Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people in the classroom? We’re looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team in Bristol and help maintain high-quality learning across local secondary schools.

🔹 The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans

• Maintain a positive, productive learning environment

• Manage behaviour in line with school policies

• Support students to stay on task and make progress

🔹 What We’re Looking For
You don’t need Qualified Teacher Status — just:

• Strong communication and classroom-management skills

• Confidence speaking to groups of students

• Adaptability and a proactive attitude

• Experience teaching in a classroom
