What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to encourage progress and confidence.

• Assisting with classroom organisation, activities, and behaviour management.

• Providing additional support for children with SEND or specific learning needs.

• Helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.

About You:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting.

• A calm, adaptable, and patient approach to supporting young learners.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for education and helping children achieve their best.

• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
