Class People are recruiting Learning Partners to support pupils across primary, secondary and SEN schools in Cheltenham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with children, offering calm guidance and helping them feel confident and supported in the classroom.

Many of the pupils you’ll work with benefit from a steady, encouraging adult who can help them stay focused, understand tasks and develop independence.

The Role

As a Learning Partner, you will:

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups during lessons

• Help children engage with learning and build confidence

• Provide additional support for pupils with SEND or emotional needs

• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation

• Work closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
