Class People is working in partnership with a welcoming early years setting in North Somerset to recruit a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Nursery Workers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and childcare, who enjoys supporting young children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

The Role

• Support the care, learning, and development of children aged 0–5

• Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive nursery environment

• Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

• Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times

The Ideal Candidate

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable)

• Previous nursery or childcare experience preferred

• Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Committed to safeguarding and child wellbeing
